Standby copy (message.standby)
With Conversation routing(/guides/numbers/#conversation-routing) on, Meta can send a copy of traffic that another app owns to the app that holds the standby role. WhaBuzz delivers each copy as message
With Conversation routing on, Meta can send a copy of traffic that another app owns to the app that holds the standby role. WhaBuzz delivers each copy as message.standby, never as message.inbound, so nothing mistakes it for a message you can answer. It is opt-in: a * endpoint never receives it, so add message.standby to the endpoint's event_types explicitly (next to * if you want both). data.kind is message, echo or status; the item is under data.message or data.status, verbatim. Copies are not stored in the live stream and do not count as customer activity. Event type: message.standby. Fixture payloads are the WhaBuzz Demo tenant's real ids with a fictional customer number; id, tenant_id and created_at in envelopes are illustrative.
