First public release. API version `2026-10-16`.

- Tenants, API keys (live and test), platform app keys.
- Numbers: Embedded Signup, connect an existing WABA, hosted connect sessions, register, verify, two-step, business profile, migrate.
- Messages: Meta's `/messages` body plus `from`, idempotency keys, read receipts, batches of up to 10,000.
- Media upload, download and delete (never stored).
- Templates: create, edit, delete, sync, library, header media handles.
- Webhooks: signed deliveries, verify ping, secret rotation, retries for 24 hours, single and bulk replay.
- Event log with retention of 30, 90, 180 or 365 days.
- Billing: flat per-number fee.
- Errors carry `source: whabuzz | meta`.
